DO I NEED ONE TREE ARBORIST HELP?
Planing construction activities on site that might involve trees or palms?
EVALUATION REPORT
Can provide a comprehensive assessments of all trees and palms on your property. It is typically needed when determining the
health, structure, and overall condition of trees for property owners, developers, or municipal planning. This can inform management decisions, preservation strategies, and
serve as baseline documentation for future reference. Often needed prior to construction on site.
Looking to relocate a tree or palm on your property?
RELOCATION REPORT
It is essential when a tree is to be preserved but must be moved due to construction, landscaping, or other land development activities or
property owner’s desires. This report outlines the health of the tree and evaluates the tree’s ability to withstand relocation and potential severe damage to the crown and
the root zone. It includes feasibility, process, and care requirements for relocating trees to ensure their survival.
Worried for your safety near trees? Is there a potential tree that is leaning or appears to be compromised?
TREE RISK REPORTS
Visual assessments are used to identify obvious hazards and determine the risk category of a tree. These are often required when a tree's
health appears compromised or when routine checks are conducted. Level 1 is a visual assessment to identify obvious defects. Level 2 is an advanced assessment that will
include in depth review of conditions observed through the Level 1 report.
These are needed when trees show signs of distress or potential failure, as mentioned in the Level 1 assessment, or for insurance purposes
where detailed documentation is required.
Planing or currently starting construction and need a way to preserve a tree?
ROOT PROTECTION ZONE (TPZ) EVALUATION
TPZ evaluations analyze the critical area around the trees roots that should remain undisturbed to preserve a tree's health and stability.
Evaluations are necessary before construction or any ground disturbing activities near trees to prevent damage that can lead to tree decline or failure.
Looking for ways to offset the loss of valuable trees?
MITIGATION REPORT
These reports outline the measures needed to offset the impact of development on existing trees. It is required when construction or other development activities cannot
avoid impacting trees and provide a plan for compensation, such as planting new trees or restoring damaged areas.
Trees spreading too fast? They could be invasive, not just unruly.
INVASIVE SPECIES REPORT
Is to identify non-native plants that may harm the local ecosystem. These are crucial for ecological management, to plan for the removal of
invasive species, and to prevent their spread. Such reports are often required by local conservation laws or in preparation for restoration projects. FISC (Florida Invasive
Species Council) researches and updates the invasive list of plants in Florida. In addition many municipalities of Florida pay attention to species that are highly invasive
in regions’ habitats and recommend and/or require their removal by property owners.
Need to know how much your trees and landscape cost as assets?
APPRAISAL REPORT
Is to evaluate a tree's monetary value, factoring in species, size, health, and location. It's essential for insurance claims, tax
assessments, property sales, and importantly, eminent domain cases. We can provide accurate valuations to ensure property owner receives a fair compensation for tree and
landscape assets during eminent domain proceedings.
